We went to the beautiful Phoenician Resort Hotel the other day. While strolling through one of the beautiful cactus gardens we spotted this little guy:
He's living it up in the lap of luxury at the Phoenician!
He's the prettiest lizard I've ever seen! I'm not sure what kind of lizard he is - any Lizard Aficionados out there?

That is a really cool lizard! I love the colors. :) He probably has all the food he could ever want living at that resort. -Purrs from your friends at www.PlayfulKitty.net
He is really pretty, love his color. Oh Pierre will totally see lizards in Phoenix, they're all over the hiking trails. I've never seen one like this before but we have lots of little ones. Icy goes nuts trying to chase them on the hiking trails, but they are super fast!
I don't know anything about lizards either, but this little guy is quite beautiful. He looks like he would blend in nicely with fall leaves in October. Wonder if he changes colors, too!
That is a lucky lizard. Curiosity got the best of me and I googled it, I think it is a common male Chuckwalla: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chuckwalla

That lizard is so cute! I've never seen one in person but I might this summer on our trip to Arizona!!! :)
I'm absolutely no help here, I know nothing about lizards!! The red color is really nice!!
Lizards are so cool! I've been wanting to get a bearded dragon for years but we just haven't done it yet!

Leapin' Lizards! That is a beautiful lizard. Pierre will be so excited if he spies one when we are in Phoenix!
What colors!
So pretty!!
He is super cool looking, I love his orange color. I don't blame you for wanting to chase him, LOL!
He is so pretty! Yes, you can probably spot one like this in Arizona. There are lots of leaping lizards in AZ!
I don't either, I just know he's pretty with that red/orange color!
Oh cool, you should definitely get one! If you do, be sure to share lots of photos with us.
I love his red/orange color too, it's very unique. He is one happy lizard, living in the lap of luxury!

Isn't he pretty!? Love his color.
Isn't he the prettiest lizard ever?
I am definitely not a lizard aficionado... We have tiny lizards in our backyard and I always jump when I see them. But this one is quite beautiful!
He sure is one cool looking dude! I wonder what the Lapdogs would think if they found him in their yard...
Honestly, I've never seen a lizard just hanging out before and this guy is beautiful! What a cool "nat geo" experience! Awesome...
The only lizards we've seen on walks have been tiny! This one looks much bigger.
He is beautiful and sorry I don't know but I do know that we say in South Africa that lizards bring luck :)
We have little lizards in our yard. I think I'd panic if I got close to one that big, no matter how colorful.

That's definitely an interesting lizard. I don't know to much about them, so I can't help you with the identification.
This one of the things I love about Arizona - all of the interesting wildlife that many people never see! Man, I want to live at the Phoenician LOL!
Oh wow, that is so cool!!
